I wonder why I am so hungry on my heavier workout days. I guess I really do need the extra protein.
I was working out hard (kickboxing and then running) for 2 hours a day before IP with strict calorie counting and DID NOT DROP any weight. It was SOOOO frustrating.
Now I cut back the heavy stuff, and workout 45 to 60 minutes and not every single day.
I think it is very important to keep the muscles toned. so many benefits to working out beyond losing.
