Labor Day sounds grand for a start! =) Today was my weigh-in day, too. So it'll fit perfectly.
Starting weight for the challenge is: 300.0
No specific goal weight.
Personal challenge, well... this challenge actually coincides with one I was doing personally, but I'd love company. My challenge is simple. Track everything I eat. Stay within my points. Exercise every day. No excuses.
Right now we have a combined weight of 915lbs... YIKES

Im only taking current weights, (and goals) seeing as the challenge starts today til labor day. Easier with numbers to see what we do lose in the 2 months
Personal Goal: Work out as much as possible (lots of traveling coming up this month) and keeping up with doing some strength training while at the gym.
Personnal goal go running at least twice a week and training more. I want to be able to do my 5 km under 40 minutes (yeah, I know, I'm a turtle when it comes to running, don't judge! lol)

My starting weight (today) is 244 lbs.
My personal goal is to work out 4-5 days a week, and to do 2 hours of power yoga a week as well to strengthen.
My other goal is to lose 15-20lbs by labor day.
Personal goals: stay on track more, eat more of my points..that sounds hilarious. I have a hard time eating all my points but so far the system has worked for me! It's just soooo much more food than I used to eat! and to think some ppl think we just sit around and eat..pfft!
