OK, I'm up to make myself do this! It's already the 4th, but I have done a bit so far. I'm going to bet on 30 minutes a day between cardio and weight lifting. I joined the gym Saturday, and tomorrow is my first day to get moving there.

Kerri, I don't see where you updated the group total (and I am too new to PM you and ask you about it) Also as of this post your sig says 120/1100 so I didn't know if you forgot or planned on adding later or what to add so I am leaving it alone
I attempted 30 Day Shred yesterday, but I ended up giving up after 6 minutes! LOL! I was doing the modified version, too. I guess I'll just have to keep trying til I can get through it. I didn't do anything but that yesterday, and I'm not counting that towards my total. So, 30 minutes for today
