    Dr. Anderson's book, Dr. A's Habits of Health, is a must read for Medifast / Lifestyle Changes in Eating success!!! I have lost 54 lbs. in 12 weeks, and I couldn't have done it had I not read this book!!! Best wishes for continued weight loss / health gain success!

  • Hey Peeps!!!!

    I have been away longer than I would have liked to. Unfortunately This forum won't open for me at work.

    It is awesome to see everyones progress. I hate to say it but I also like to read other posters falls. It lets me know I am not alone when I mess up. And that there is still hope after I do.

    Anyways,

    I had the nicest compliment last night from my DH. He said,"I am really proud of you. I know how hard you are working at this."

    Call me silly but that just made my day.
  • Week 10 - 2 more pounds gone!

    I did quite a bit of cheating over the weekend, though. Gained 1 pound, but I've lost 1/2 of it already. I should at least be able to lose the other 1/2 by weigh day Saturday.

  • Whew! I've lost that pound I gained over the weekend, plus a smidge more. So I'll still be down for the week when I weigh in on Saturday.
  • Lost 60 pounds on MF in 12 1/2 weeks! This plan rocks!!!!

    I ordered this book from Amazon. I wish they had it for Kindle, but that's cool. I should get it this week.
  • I took the weekend "off." No Medifast except for a bar on Saturday when a little hunger struck. I really wondered what might happen, but I guess I kept my portions the right size as this morning I am only up 1/2 a pound! So--back at it this morning for another 4 weeks. I hope in those 4 weeks I lose anywhere from 7 to 12 pounds.
