No- it's not worth it....
but I know sometimes I crave something "off-plan" and I try to satisfy myself with something "on-plan". When that doesn't work I usually try something else "on-plan" and then something else "on-plan" and by that time I have gotten "oof-plan" on my calorie count and I would have been better off if I had just eaten the one thing "off-plan" Make sense?


) than I have before. And I'm a definite pound lighter than I was before I started. So yeah... it's not perfect... but it's working great so far.
