  • No- it's not worth it....

but I know sometimes I crave something "off-plan" and I try to satisfy myself with something "on-plan". When that doesn't work I usually try something else "on-plan" and then something else "on-plan" and by that time I have gotten "oof-plan" on my calorie count and I would have been better off if I had just eaten the one thing "off-plan" Make sense?
  • Quote: *shrug* Are you able to handle a moderated serving or two of them and be satisfied?

I'll sometimes plan a candy bar or pure sugar item for a rare day, and can be quite satisfied.

    Different people handle it differently.
i wouldn't be able to have just a small amount...but then again i'm an all or nothing type of person...

i agree if you can have them and stop when you have had your allotted amount then go for it.. i know with me i can't stop once i start and don't trust myself
  • Thanks guys.

I know that what I'm doing isn't perfect... but today I had more energy than I have had in a LONG time... and I've only been doing this IF thing for four days... and still eating the EXACT same (maybe even a little worse... ) than I have before. And I'm a definite pound lighter than I was before I started. So yeah... it's not perfect... but it's working great so far.

kaplods: I'll have to look around for those! I love the taste of swedish fish... it's just... unique.
