  • Not much. Maybe a pound or 2
  • I usually don't gain, but when I do it's a pound.
  • It's only been recently I've started weighing myself regularly, but I'd say about 2-4 lbs.

But I know damn sure I gain weight, about a week before my period I have my blob monster symptoms - mood swings and constant hunger. I eat and eat and eat and say "it's ok, it's because it's my period." WRONG! Never again am I using that as an excuse!
  • Way too much weight. Sometimes 3,4,5 lbs. It always throws me off. Always and my heaviest day is always the first day.
  • I actually lose 2-3lbs during my period..weird?? lucky? lol..thats how i know when i'm getting it bcuz i will randomly drop a couple. except this month tho. i didn't lose or gain anything.
  • I gain about 4lbs, literally overnight. not good as I also have the strongest chocolate cravings around this time too.
  • I usually gain about 1-2 pounds, but I feel like I've gained way more.

This might be an insane question, but I've never thought about it until just now: Is there a way to better control or avoid that weight gain?
  • Past few have been 2lbs gained, wouldn't be surprised if it increases though, tom can be frustratingly unpredictable
  • I usually gain about 2-3 pounds, and if I don't watch it they don't go away once it's over. I become a rabid walking craving and I gain so easily
  • 2-6 pounds, usually. It's really different every time, although I always gain water weight with my period.
  • I wouldn't know. I don't get mine that often enough to make a pattern.
