Hey guys! So today starts the newest journey... Mondays I don't have to go in to work until late so I don't start eating until 11... so I don't eat breakfast. I always have lunch and dinner and I am sure I will find a place for my 2 snacks

So far today I had a nice salad with some egg, cheese and turkey for protein. I have edamame at the ready for my snack in a couple hours

I have a suggestion for the night snacking... I like to use sunflower seeds. I get them in the shell and suck off the salt then break them open and it them... I spend quite a bit of time with each seed, so I don't really eat that much but it keeps be busy and feeling like I am eating.
