I used to be on 3FC a lot, and quit for over a year recently. You're one of the people I've thought about a few times in that year. I was SO CONVINCED that the people promoting low-carb diets were wrong for SO LONG.

Now that I've done more research, and started eating a primal/paleo-ish diet (as have many of my friends and family), and learned more biochemistry... you were just way ahead of me, haha. As you were one of the more vocal Atkins supporters here, I thought about you a few times as I came to that realization. I'd like to use the excuse that I was (am) young and dumb, ok? Hehe.
