April - What was your exercise today?

  • I got in 40 minutes on the elliptical this evening.
  • 40 minute speed interval run. about 4 miles, followed by some yoga.
  • Private yoga class. There is no slacking in private yoga class.
  • I always forget about this thread. 60 minutes of zumba tonight.
  • 45 on the elliptical and 10 min arm workouts!
  • 30 minutes of zumba
  • enjoyed an off day.
  • 35 min of climbing intervals and a strength training circuit.
  • Today was 40 minutes on the elliptical 4.5/ 5 and then 25 minutes on the treadmill 2/ 3.2 to try to walk some soreness out.
  • Yesterday 6k run + 20 min yoga, today 6k walk.
  • 1.5 hour level 2 yoga class. Binds, backbends and bandhas. And upward bow!
  • Today was 40 minutes on the elliptical at level 5/ 4.5 mph followed by 40 minutes with my trainer and then 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.2 mph on a 3 incline.
  • 5k run and 25 min yoga.
  • An hour of zumba and an hour of bodyflow. Hardest ab sequence EVER.
  • This morning I ran, not sure how many miles because I forgot my pedometer. If I had to guess it would be somewhere around 5 miles if not a little more. I burned a little over 1200 calories!
