Since you're early in your weight loss journey my suggestion would be this: Each day you workout and complete your exercise goal or stay on plan and meet your nutritional goal, put a dollar or two in a jar or piggy bank. Don't touch that money no matter what, then when you reach a mini-goal take that money and get yourself something special. It can be anything from a brow wax to a nice new workout top, whatever you like. This way you don't have to fork over the money all at once that is budgeted for something else, plus it will give you a nice incentive to stay on track everyday.
