    water and exercise..I wasn't supposed to exercise because of the blood donation but had to shovel and I did for 4 hours....so it counts.

    I resisted the temptation of comfort foods!!! However, the water was seriously lacking. But shovelling snow is great exercise.

    1 point for water - didn't really do bad on eating but wasn't the best either.

    No exercise ~ gotta do catch up this weekend.

    Dec 5=2 pts. for water and food
    Dec 6=2 pt. for water and exercise

    Only thing consistent is the water but I'll get a 3 pointer again soon...I can feel it!
