I don't see how I'm going to be having any mealSSS at all! All I had was toast with jam (Brunch), grilled cheese sandwhich and a thing of ramen (the sandwich and one package of ramen as dinner) and that's all the calories I can have? Toast and a meal? That's it! I had like maybe 200 left and so had a banana and tea. But holy ****? How the **** am I going to get 3 meals out of this? I couldn't even fit any more in like veggies cause that was all bread and pasta.
You have to find a way to structure your meals so that you get more volume for your calories...otherwise, you'll end up not eating much and running out of calorie room.
I understand you have access issues, but you might want to check out the Shoestring Meals forum for ideas for getting healthy foods on the cheap. It may mean opting out of some of the roommate cooked meals and going on your own to cook. It may mean cooking yourself a big batch of something on the weekend to heat up when things get busy.
So, what CAN you do to better control your food intake? Take control of cooking for everyone, so you can make it healthier in a subtle way? Cook and eat your meals independently? It's either that (find a way to cook foods that are higher volume for your calories) or train your body to be happy with less food...but in my experience, the first option is a lot easier to do long-term.
