So, I won't go into what I ate yesterday. It wasn't on plan, but again, I was happy that I was able to restrain myself from just gorging myself until I was sick. I had a half slice of pumpkin pie and just ate the filling because the crust wasn't all that tasty. I avoided the dinner rolls because they weren't anything special. Held myself to two glasses of wine the entire day. It was a great day and the scale wasn't up much this morning, just a bit from a little water retention.
today, back on plan. i'm going to do P1.5 for a bit to get rid of some cravings.
1: scrambled egg whites, orange
2: sauteed veggies
3: baby carrots and greek yogurt dip
4: dinner

exercise: 30 min. walk with the dog, 20 min. 30-day Shred video, 10 min. pilates legs (awesome video - my butt still burns!)
