    12/1: 30 mins walking+ 30 mins strength
    12/2: 30 mins walking+ 30 mins strength
    Uhhhhhh...sorry, but don't want you to be disappointed if you don't reach your goal (60 mins. = 1 hr; 1 hr 5x a week= 5 hours/week = 60x5=300 mins/week; 300 mins. x 4 weeks = 1200 mins/month)

    Which, by the way, is a FABULOUS goal!
  • Bel - My knee is finally PERFECTLY healed! Woot! Actually, I've been able to up my mileage and running time and add in some Wii Dance Party action too I'm a bit jealous about your trip to BRAZIL...but at least one of us is going..lol! Have fun...you deserve it!

    Oh my goodness, what was I thinking?? thanks! yes, 1hr 5x a week being the goal, I am shooting for 1200 mins.
