    I am the same way with snacking, I learned to start having LOTS of fresh or canned fruits available at all times for just those occasions As far as the salad why not fill up the crockpot with lots of veggies and make some good ready to go soup, or chicken noodle soup, I have an awsome recipe for that I will send you.   • I gained 1 pound this week. I'll lose that pound this week. I think I gained because I didn't drink enough water AND I KNOW I DIDN'T EXERCISE ENOUGH!
