Oh man, card is coming off 3 and a half bad days. Halloween candy and pre cooking for Thanksgiving are doing me in.
So today I have 3 goals:
I will not eat the Halloween candy, (should be easy I've already eaten everything I like).
I will not take seconds at any meal.
I will not snack in the pm.
Wish me luck, because I am back on track!



I just knew if I brought them home I would not stop with 6-7 or 8 corns...I would eat the whole bag.
And then the guilt would eat away at me. So I guess I have a small victory in that I resisted that temptation.
