3 Things I did Right Yesterday

  • Oh man, card is coming off 3 and a half bad days. Halloween candy and pre cooking for Thanksgiving are doing me in.
    So today I have 3 goals:
    I will not eat the Halloween candy, (should be easy I've already eaten everything I like).
    I will not take seconds at any meal.
    I will not snack in the pm.
    Wish me luck, because I am back on track!
  • Yesterday I forgave myself for being overweight
    I bought a Wii and played Tennis and Baseball. I lost but it was fun!
    I resolved to start my journey today w/3FC

    And so I am! :-)

    I have made up my mind I will not eat candy corn this year!!! Candy corn is my passion. It is one of my favorite things about Autumn. I looked at the calories on the back of a bag one day in walmart. I thought I was going to have a melt down right there in the store! I just knew if I brought them home I would not stop with 6-7 or 8 corns...I would eat the whole bag. And then the guilt would eat away at me. So I guess I have a small victory in that I resisted that temptation.

    Three good things...

    1. I stuck to my goals yesterday

    2. I opted for a Tootsie Roll (no fat), rather than a Snickers (my fave) when a piece of Halloween candy was offered to me yesterday.

    3. I refrained from eating my daughter's McDonald's fries when I took her out yesterday, even though she couldn't eat them all herself. Fries and greasy food are much more my downfall than sweets!
