Cat.. I believe Jacky said that you could post a weight early in the week. That way the weight is at least there, and you don't have to use a skip, if something happens and you aren't around on the weekend to update.
Rochester.. I am going to check out the facebook group. I wonder if there is a group around here. It's doubtful, since I live in "hicksville" but I'm going to look anyway!!
dream.. the eating out is in the past. Make sure to get by the store and get food for home as well as the office.

I find lunches, etc to be my most difficult time, unless I have leftovers (Of course... with a family of 6.. leftovers are rare). Congrats on the job tho!!! Jogging/running is one of those things I think in my head I would like to do (such as running a half marathon or whatever), but in reality DETEST. LOL
Hope everyone is having a great "on plan" week!! For those lacking motivation.. what helps you be motivated? How can we help you? Do you respond well to goals or rewards? What about working toward a big reward when you get to XXX weight? I have a "goal jar" that I use everyday. It's a money jar and I give a monetary value to each goal I want to accomplish a day. For example, this week my goals are:
eat breakfast 35c
journal: 25c
Drink 100 oz water: 15c
exercise!: 25c
Each day I tally up my money (you could set any goals/prices), and put it in my jar. Then on WI, I get a dollar for every pound I lose (and have to pay for every lb I gain). I'll use this money to help pay for any bigger rewards (my *ULTIMATE* goal will be skydiving, but I have some smaller ones in between now and then). That way I know it was TRULY my hard work that is giving me my reward.
