Saturday:
B (pre-race) - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
S (post-race) - half a granola bar, some gatorade, part of a root beer float (I think it is hilarious they were giving away root beer floats as post-race food, but my stomach tolerated it much better than the granola bars)
L - pasta w/sauce, parmesan
S - bread
D - @family picnic - glass of wine, piece of chicken breast, few crackers w/dip, fruit salad, some sort of roasted veggies, slaw (vinaigrette type), pasta salad, cookie, two brownies

E - 5k race, new PR 34:45, dog walk
Sunday:
B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
L - pasta w/sauce of spinach, onion, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, tomato sauce, cannellini beans, parmesan
S - slice of bread
D - roasted chicken (I had a leg quarter, it was a 3lb chicken), roasted plums/fingerlings/carrots, wild rice pilaf w/raisins and peas
S - watermelon
E - morning swim, afternoon dog walk
Monday:
B - shredded wheat, blueberries, skim milk
L - leftover chicken/rice pilaf/veggies
S - peach, banana, slice of bread
D - greek lamb pilaf and corn on the cob
S - chocolate (skim) milk
