    S (post-race) - half a granola bar, some gatorade, part of a root beer float (I think it is hilarious they were giving away root beer floats as post-race food, but my stomach tolerated it much better than the granola bars)

    D - @family picnic - glass of wine, piece of chicken breast, few crackers w/dip, fruit salad, some sort of roasted veggies, slaw (vinaigrette type), pasta salad, cookie, two brownies
    E - 5k race, new PR 34:45, dog walk

    Sunday:

    L - pasta w/sauce of spinach, onion, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, tomato sauce, cannellini beans, parmesan
    S - slice of bread
    D - roasted chicken (I had a leg quarter, it was a 3lb chicken), roasted plums/fingerlings/carrots, wild rice pilaf w/raisins and peas
    S - watermelon
    E - morning swim, afternoon dog walk

    Monday:
    B - shredded wheat, blueberries, skim milk
    L - leftover chicken/rice pilaf/veggies
    S - peach, banana, slice of bread
    D - greek lamb pilaf and corn on the cob
    S - chocolate (skim) milk

    D - @restaurant - 1 pint beer, pretzel bread and regular bread w/mustard and a little butter, stuffed mushrooms, half of the portion they served me of sauerbraten, jaegerschnitzel, sauerkraut, and creamed spinach, slice kiwi, slice orange, slice german chocolate cheesecake
    E - 1 mile warmup walk with dog, 4 mile run with dog @ 13:00 pace

    Sunday:
    B - raisin bran, blueberries, skim milk
    S - peach
    L - leftover sauerbraten, jaegerschnitzel, sauerkraut, creamed spinach
    D - thai basil chicken w/peppers over rice, some plain leftover pasta, slice of toast w/butter and jam, bowl of raisin bran w/skim milk, melon (I started anxiety eating worrying about work this week...)
    E - 30 min swim in the AM, 22 laps

    Monday:

    L - leftover thai basil chicken and rice, lf string cheese
    S - small peach, half apple
    D - pasta w/sauce, parmesan, peppers, onions, herbs

    D - at airport, don't know. I'm bringing boiled eggs, cherries, and apples to snack on in case we get delayed and don't have time for dinner.
