  • I did really need a break. Maybe I will stop losing so much hair because I did refeed my body, even though I made some not so good choices

Quote: Your kids (so cute!) will have tons of happy memories of your annual camping trips regardless of what you ate or what size you were. You're their mom and they love you regardless!
Thanks, that is so true. I need to stop basing my self worth on my size. My family loved me just as much when I was 250 pounds. The kids don't even see a difference in their mom unless I show them "before" pictures as a reminder. I guess they see me every day and don't notice the changes.
  • You are now offiially a hot mommy!
  • Update: I was worried for nothing! I weighed a little more for two days but I was back down to 162.4 this morning . I was relieved to see that number again. TOM is around the corner and I have been so hungry and snacky lately. I was concerned that I was going to blow it again but seeing that number has helped me stay on track. Thanks for all the encouragement everyone
  • Wow .... congratulations on your weightloss.. can you tell me the diet you are doing? you look great!!

Thanks I am counting calories. I started out with a range of 1600 - 1800 and I have slowly decreased my range to 1300 - 1400 over the last few months. I exercise 3-5 times a week and just try to stay active. Calorie counting has worked well for myself and many others here. Come check out the calorie counter forum anytime
  • WOW what a difference a year makes!!! Ive tried calorie counting and I guess I dont do it right, I see it really works
