I managed to do a Phase 1.5 day.
B- leftover spaghetti squash bake
S- 2 cups milk
L- 2 slices deli turkey, 1 slice smoked RF provolone, 2 teaspoons mayo, few leaves of Romaine lettuce, on a whole wheat flatout.
D- leftover spaghetti squash
Dessert- cocoa ricotta creme
