  • Ooooo I like the sound of this. Challenges and people are what keep me going and since I have had to cut my fitness class budget completely I have had the hardest time keeping up a routine. I am thinking about doing a 5k walk at the end of the month but I would be by myself so I am still working up the courage so this will help me feel like I am preparing! Yay!

    100 crunches
    20 leg lift crunch things
  • I'll join! I plan to do 18 workouts in 3 weeks as well.

    30/30 minutes of strength trainer with my trainer
    20/35 minutes of cardio. I'll make that up with 30-60 minutes of walking tonight.

    2/21: 45 mins. DDR, 30 mins. walking, 1/2 of the Abs DVD...yeah, I'm not ready for that one yet lol
