    I definately understand what you mean. It is frustrating when people say that!

    My friends all think so... But they don't see me naked! (And in winter we get all dressed up so you don't see legs even) I have gotten flabby - but I only weigh 125 lbs. When people tell me I don't need to diet I tell them I work out and such so I can get rid of the flab.. Try that out. It works on my boyfriend and now he supports me with it!
  • If someone wants to give me things I don't eat, as a present, I politely decline, saying that I have health challenges and that there are many things I don't eat. This might not have sufficed when I was younger, but people accept that now.

    Other than that sort of situation, I don't talk about what I eat or don't. I have found it the only way to keep from having other people express their two-cents about something that has nothing to do with them.
