It's a work day, so I'm having my usual: a salad.
Today's salad:
Leftover shredded BBQ chicken (we had sandwiches last night), tons of romaine, shredded red cabbage, carrots, onion, grape tomatoes, a few tortilla strips (love crunch - it's 70 calories, but worth it to me!) and a little bit of fat free ranch dressing.
I'm making tacos for dinner tonight, I'll use the leftover seasoned ground turkey for a taco salad tomorrow

Similar to today, but I'll use green salsa for the dressing. Maybe sprinkle a little low fat cheddar on top.
