Last week I lost 2 pounds, and this week I did exactly the same but I lost 3.6 pounds and although I’m happy, there it is nothing that can explain why I lost more this week. To know what make lost more would have been help full to lose more in future weeks. You will be out of 160s sooner than what you expect.


Hopefully I'm not here too long, but at the rate that my weight loss has been going recently I think I may have an extended stay. My goal is to be at 159.8 by the end of the month.
