    You're right; thanks for the encouragement. I looked back at my old WW journal from 2007...I lost 4 lbs the first week and actually gained 1 lb in the second week. From there on out I lost 1-3 pounds a week with no problems. I need to keep that in mind!!!
  • Hi again Ladies! After a very fun weekend with friends camping and deciding not to worry about my diet (oops. Oh well. I ate some very yummy food!! Hahaha) I'm back in here with you! Weight this morning, 161.4! I did have an overall loss last week of 1 lb but I'm back in the club!!

    I dream to be out of 160s by June but I have been almost unable to work out this week because of a strong backache.

    I am at 169 now. Crazy work week going. Should get over mid next week. No exercising till then. But sticking to good eating. Hope to be out of 160s soon.

  • Heh, back on the 22nd the big project that I've been working on for the last 2 years had it's grand opening and I got to go to the big $250/person banquet. I think they spent it all on the food. OMG that was good.

    The scale was not kind the next day and I've spent the last week trying to get back out of the 170s.

    I'm finally down to 168.6, which is actually 4 lbs lost since I started this iteration of the diet on April 17th and only one pound away from my May 17th goal!

    I see everyone else is slow going too. Congrats Aluxa for getting down to the 167s!

  • Ladies it's official that I can finally join this thread and I'm so friggen excited. Today I weighed in and saw 169.8 Hopefully I'm not here too long, but at the rate that my weight loss has been going recently I think I may have an extended stay. My goal is to be at 159.8 by the end of the month.

  • Ladies you are doing amazing and you can do this! This morning my official weight was 158.6 so I'm going with I've officially said BYE to the 160's! It took me around a month to go all the way through the 160's and you ladies can do it too! See you in the 150's!!!

    I've had a couple small victories this week: I exercised every day that I planned to. I made an exception for both exercise and diet yesterday because it was my 33rd birthday and I got the best gift...I dropped down to a size 10.

    1bighog: HAPPY BIRTHDAY and for being a size 10! I found funny how we have similar weight and height and I’, still wearing my 14 size jeans and some 12.

    I’m happy because after a while seeing 167.4 on the scale, today I was able to see 166.4! I dream about being out of the 160s by the end of the month!
