I speak for myself and after posting on here for a few years the MAJORITY of us have horrible guilt after eating poorly and can't seem to let that go... which in turn causes shame and guilt which further perpetuates the problem.
I think it's great that he didn't feel bad. He allowed himself to enjoy it and now (hopefully) he's back on track.
Why is that such a bad thing?
EDIT: (please note - still playing devil's advocate) Why is it that he's rubbing it in? Because he can eat a lot more food than the majority of us could? He posted for ACCOUNTABILITY. How is that any different than someone posting on here what they ate during a binge or an off plan weekend? Granted, our weekend would probably be the whole meal he ate, but how is it different?
Yeah, what she said.
BTW, good news. I'm grilling up a couple of chicken breasts for lunch, and planning on a couple of lean cubed steaks and veggies for dinner... I've got to be honest though, I was really close to ordering a pizza but I thought better of it. Time to get down to that 1/2 way mark this week.
