  • I am doing it!!!

    Yesterday I did 30 minutes of walking (outside), jump rope (100 jumps), jumping jacks (50), walking lunges (didn't count them - but it was enough to make me sore today!), the crunches and 15 push-ups. I HATE push-ups and can only do "girl" push-ups, but I did them!

    Good job!! We had snow here on Sunday, but by Monday afternoon it was sunny and back into the upper 60's! SO GLAD it Spring!


    I got home late yesterday after a crazy day at the office, then weigh-in and grocery shopping. By the time I got home it was dinner/homework/bath time/get the kids in bed! Ack! But I did do ab work (Superman!), some leg work, push-ups (25) and stretching for a total of 15 minutes before I crashed in bed! My legs were still very sore from lunges yesterday!

    So what's up for today? I won't be as rushed this afternoon so I should be able to complete it!!!
  • nnnmom....you're doing great. I didn't get a chance to post last night due to this storm messing with my internet, but today is my off/free day. If you have time today you can do cardio 20-30 min and abs work just like monday. That is what will be assigned tomorrow. You could do it today and have tomorrow off if that works better for your schedule.
