  • I just started taking prenatal vitamins in place of my multi, hoping that it'll help with my hair, nails, and skin. I also take omega 3 fish oil capsules and a calcium/magnesium/zinc tablet. I was thinking of adding some B vitamins for energy but I'm not sure.

    I had never heard of it, and missed it the first time I read this thread, so I did a search.. apparently low vitamin C levels are correlated with obesity, maybe because vitamin C is required for the production of L-carnitine, which is involved in using fat for energy. http://www.simplyantiaging.com/617/v...c-weight-loss/
