  • Oh my gosh. I think I just found my motivation. YOU GO GIRL!
I'm actually too heavy to use gym equipment/Wii Fit so I'm doing Yoga (for strength) and Water Aerobics/Swimming for weight loss. I feel stuck in a rut.
    I don't even own a scale *cries*
  • Weigh in for week 3 not good. 190.2 so up 0.8 pounds.. Was a bad week, no workout and bad eating. This week will be better...
  • NotFatImFluffy, I don't actually own a scale either! Though the meetings track that for me, I just didn't want to waste the storage space.

Why don't you add a little weight lifting to mix things up. Start small with water bottles if you don't want to get actual weights. If water is too light, fill them with sand. There should be quite a few exercise videos available here on the 'net. I'd hunt for you, but at the moment I'm at work - they block youtube and most things here at work...

Yoga is awesome! I so want to try it... Though I'd need a class to commit to it and I am still rather shy about group activities...

I'm cheering for you! We can do this!
  • Keep going! My friend Judy Lynn puts it this way,
    Quote:
    It's persistence, not perfection!
While we want fast results that last, it just doesn't seem to work that way!

    Keep going!
  • Here I sit depressed and back at square (round) 1 ... I will weigh in tomorrow, while on my period, depressed, big water park vacation in 2 weeks and overweight. Deep breath - spring is almost here, so hopefully walking, We are talking about joining the YMCA. If we can swing the start up cost; than off to the gym I will be going.
