  • i have it and used it, although I stopped because I hated it for many reasons.
one was because I have trouble breathing even doing normal things so when i did this and it was non stop it was SO HARD to catch my breath I seriously had to stop because I couldn't breathe!

two was because I couldn't get motivated to work out with Jillian. and now that she's a sell out I find it hard to believe she's only wanting to help people lose weight.
  • This is my second go round with it, and still love it. Starting level 3 today, and later am moving on to her "no more trouble zones" and "burn fat boost metabolism". My arms get cut and toned (most notable) and I am getting a little ab definition. Looks like love handles are shrinking a wee bit. After a few days of each level, it does get easier and you do feel stronger. I hate exercise but you gotta do what you gotta do.
  • I recommend! The first time I ever did the workout, I felt like I was about to pass out! I saw it as a challenge, then I mastered the level and got bored. I'm going to try the next level tonight...wish me luck! Oh and I will make sure to have my huge water bottle and towel on hand!
  • I don't have any experience with 30DS but I was curious to find some before/afters of people that had done it and I came across this site. I haven't had a chance to look through it all, but it appears to be a blog about getting started with 30DS, etc.
