thank you all for your advice and tips. i'll to apply some of these.
but my problem is i'm such a perfectionist when it comes to weight loss. if i wind up just eating one bad thing in a day it ruins my day and i just say "to heck with it" and just eat anything i want for the rest of the day.
i know i have to keep on trying to be healthy and lose weight. but weight loss has become such a stressful thing in my life. the first time i lost weight it wasn't this stressful and i was able to keep up with my healthy habits. but this time i don't know what happened to me.
