I'm pretty much exactly like Onederchic. 2 days off from my workouts but never really from my plan. The only thing I do differently on my days off is have some air-popped popcorn flavored with those popcorn salts with my husband while we play some magic the gathering or watch a movie. Otherwise I eat the same.
