    Mon - Cardio 39 mins, abs 7 mins, weights 67 mins = 113 total
    Tues - Cardio 48 mins, floor exercises for my legs 10 mins = 58 total
    Wed - Weights for chest & back = 65 mins
    Thurs - Cardio 41 mins, abs 6 mins = 47 mins
    Fri - None
    Sat - Cardio 41 mins, abs 7 mins, weights/plyometrics, (legs), 50 mins= 98 total mins
    Sun - Weights - shoulders, biceps, triceps: 64 mins, + Cardio 26 mins = 90 mins

  • Well, I'm moving this week and have a job interview and I'm swamped at work, but I'm still going to commit to 300 min this week, just to get back into the routine.

  • Well...since I'm soooo busy this week I will aim for 180mins this week. Hopefully I will do more. (how do I add smilies and stuff to my posts?? or do I need 20 days for that also???)

    What a crappy week...I've achieved nothing and felt down...not a reason I know, but I still have today and tomorrow, although it's not what I wanted. ::sigh:: IDK what's wrong...some stress at work and home, and I've just felt so blaaaaaaaah....I'm very disappointed in myself though for letting it affect me with something I want so bad.
