  • How is your eating? Weight loss has more to do with eating than with working out and often if you are doing an intense exercise program, you have to be very conscious of your eating or else it might make you hungrier.
  • I'm on week 6 of Insanity, and I love it. I've lost 2 inches off my waist.
  • Just started today! Here are the results of my Fit Test:

    Switch Kicks: 43
    Power Jacks: 33
Power Knees: 70 (thanks to years of tae-bo, i think!)
    Power Jumps: 15
    Globe Jumps: 8
    Suicide Jumps:11
Push-up Jacks: 20 (i just did push-ups on my knees, because i'm not even close to being able to do a regular push-up, much less a push-up jack)
    Low Plank Oblique: 25

confession: i had to pause before the suicide jumps for an extra break.
  • Hi Tammy,

Do you mean your jeans are tighter in your waist or legs?

After just 8 workouts I'm a little surprised that you feel that way, I say hang in there and keep going. At about to 25/30 day mark I really noticed my core tightning. Like I mentioned I didn't see a huge weight reduction but my fat% did come down a bit.

Just remember muscle burns fat! So if you put on a little muscle that is a very good thing Don't worry it won't make look like a bodybuilder though.

Let me know how you're doing.

Right now I'm a week into the new RevABS program so I'll let you know what I think of it.

    Take care,
    Kevin (vinfit90)
