Hi everybody! Sorry I ran away, we've been working around the clock my way - but it looks like I'm getting my life back.
The acai pills were looking hopeful for weight loss, but I've read that they aren't what they thought they were. They are still a great antioxidant from what I heard, though. I don't have a study handy, and I'm not sure what exactly it said. There should be a diet full of everything that boosts weight loss by a trace. Drink 10 cups of green tea a day, followed by acai, 'negative calorie foods', fat blockers, carb blockers, and hot sauce.
I lost 5 pounds in August, and hopefully I'll do it in again in September.
Angel, I think that's great that you want to work with PCOS patients!
