    I finally lost my weekend binge and labor day diet of beer weight lol, I weighed in at 142 this morning, only a pound up from last week, but a pound down from when I joined this forum. The bl competition has got me psyched up

    Breakfast-Cheerios and grapefruit
    snack- 60 cal yogurt
    lunch- small julienne salad
    snack 60 cal yogurt
    dinner-6oz steak, small salad and a little smashed potatoes...yum........
  • am- texas toast
    mid- watermelon
    pm chicken mc nuggets
  • Breakfast-2cup cherrios
    snack-grapefruit
    Lunch- tuna salad on was crackers
    snack 60 cal yogurt
    Dinner- 1 fried chicken breast, pear and 60 cal yogurt
    After work.............2 beers and chicken caesar salad with lowfat dressing

    p.s. hope I still weigh 142

    i hate you so much lol i live right down the road from Chipotle but i refuse to go in there because the food is so yummy

    Yes, but not on purpose. Protein fills me up more, so I have 4-6oz plus a salad and as many veggies that I can eat like cauliflower, brussels sprouts, carrots etc. No cal in them hardly.

    Chipotle is a place to stay away from lol, i felt like I gained 2 pounds after I ate

    I am going to lose a couple this week I hope, not easy at my size, I can only eat 1200 cal a day. Most people would starve on that.

    You can do it, 5 more pounds and you lose the 300 mark, something to shoot for
