I don't know how I'm going to do my ST without being able to grasp a dumbell. It's hard just to type! *^%#*& I don't need this right now. Anyway, my goal is the same as July (which I made) and August (which I blew), to lose 7-10 lbs. Good luck to all of you awesome chicks!
