    Thank you ladies for last month and I can't wait for this month with all the returning and new ladies!

    My September Goals:
    * Loose 10 pounds
    * Stop drinking soda (even diet)

    I will be weighing in tomorrow, just because I will have to for my doctor check up!

    I will figure out my goals for September tomorrow. I'm excited about this month as we will be going on vacation in the middle of the month so that is an extra motivator!

    Shrinking Girl: Lose 8 lbs.

    Tummy Girl: Lose 10 lbs. to hit 166.
    Bootsie: Lose 10 lbs.
    Late To The Game: Lose 7-10 lbs.

    MyOwnSabateur: I am right now 184.8, My goal for Sept is to be in 179.
    Mystical: Lose 10 lbs.

    All is well here, we had such beautiful weather and it felt so good to see the sun today after that yucky rain yesterday. DH went to visit his folks ( I got off to a late start and didn't go) but we went for a super ride after and for a walk along the boardwalk to the shore.....such a pretty day. He is all packed and ready to go! Poor guy has to get up at 3:30. Jeesh, I jsut thought of our lene.........miss you heaps and hope to see you soon! You too rockmom, cake, and so many more. Miss you girls.

    Tuesday is the first day of our month so let's get ready! clean out the junk in the house, do our grocery shopping, plan our meals, stock up on our water (crazymama ) and get ready to rumble!!!!!!!! Hope everyone had an awesome weekend.... chat soon hugsssssssssss

  • Hey girlies! Is everyone ready for another great month?!? I'm super excited and ready to goooooooooooooo!

    I just wanted to let everyone know that I may be changing my screen name. On all of the other boards I'm on I'm iDream or Dreamer so I'm going to try to change it here as well. I signed up here before I started using that screen name everywhere else and whenever I try to log in here on another computer or my phone--I always forget my screen name! "Crazymomof4? No...Crazymommaof4? No...oh yeah! crazymamaof4, sheesh!" So to keep from driving myself batty, I'm going to request to have it changed.

    So I think I figured my goals for September. I want to lose 4-6lbs and I want to start strength training regularly (weights and pilates).
    I am so excited about this month!

  • Oh and the past couple weeks, I have been using my boyfriend's scale because mine always weighed me 2 lbs higher than every other scale I was weighing (so I know its not just me). I had been adding 2 lbs to my weight to accomodate the new scale for the month of August, but for the new month I am adjusting my weight according to the new scale. Yay for the 2lb automatic loss, even if its not real. hehe.
  • Finally the last day of the month... I am at 218.6 today so that means I have to be at 2108.6 at the end of this month. I know I can do it. I think since September is my birthday month how appropriate for "New Begginings" I have such a great outlook today and feel great about everything... Hope you all are having a great day!
