I have seriously been contemplating calorie cycling as well. And making my higher days on the weekend which is when most likely I would be in a situation to want more calories such as parties, weddings, family dinners, whatever...
Counting down I love that you save a little room for chocolate and wine each day. I have also thought Of fitting one or two little treats in the day for things I really love! I try not to waste my cals on empty calories with no nutritional value but i think having 100 calorie pack of cookies or fudicle at the end of night wouldn't kill me
