    Goal today:
    eat none of the roommates junk food
    do jillian michaels no more trouble zones dvd
  • I SUPER don't want to go the gym- I just want to be lazy, but I thought of this thread and I'm going! I'll update when I get home
  • I like this thread!!! I agree that the smaller goals are better, I find I stay on track better. So today at my office 2 separate people brought in Pretzel Factory soft pretzels!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!!! Soft pretzels are my weakness..... but guess what? I did not have a single bite/piece of the pretzels.

    So while we're on the subject of food- I love food, like you wouldn't believe. So sometimes I stay on track all during the week (and do amazing) and than allow myself one dinner out with my family (last friday was to Bertucci's) Doing this has it's pros and cons. Do you guys do something similar to this, and does it work for you?

    Stay within points
    Do the 30 Day Shred
    Go to bed by 9pm (so I can wake up early for a run tomorrow!)
  • Goals for today:
    • Eat 1800 - 1900 calories today
    • 1 hour of dancing
    • 1 hour of tennis
    Seems simple enough, hehe.

    Stay within points
    Go spinning
    Eat veggies!
  • I ended up going to the gym for an hour last night yay me

    Today's goal: No overeating during my date with my husband. I will only eat until I am full
    Also I will stretch tonight before bed.

    I believe I was a success today - I may even be under points but meh, I'm going to bed.

    Great idea for a thread. I need those little accomplishments!

    My goals for tomorrow:

    - start 30 day shred in the morning
    - only 3 beers my first night at the beach

    I'll check back tomorrow with an update and new goals.
  • My last two days I took the days off. But I still stayed under calories

    Tonight's goal: Go to the gym

    Tomorrow's goal: Spend an hour on the elliptical and thirty mintues with weights
    And- 80 oz of water tomorrow too
  • Ugh- I've been procrastinating going to the gym all day! But then I though- hey- this is your only goal for the day- except for water intake and it's not even that hard.
    Seriously- thank goodness for this thread -I'm headed to the gym
  • This is a good idea :-) The days almost over but I have a goal for tomorrow: to make sure to drink down as many glasses of water as possible. 6-7 ideally.

    I'd like to make some goals for tomorrow!
    - Eat at least 3 pieces fruit/veg - this is one of the things i always end up leaving out of my healthy eating!
    - Drink more water and less tea!
    - Half an hour exercise , e.g. brisk walking!

    This thread is such a good idea!!

  • Today's goal is not to eat any food leftover food from lunch meetings. In fact, I think they put out sandwiches a little while ago.
  • Well today went fabulously- I went to dinner with a friend (ordered a salad) and then went to the gym afterwards!!! I never do that. He wanted to get ice cream after and I still said no

    Tomorrow's goal: 60 mins elliptical, 45 mins weights- which means waking up EARLY- but I'll do it!!!
