Aww, thanks everybody. Big hug for seagirl especially. If I get to your starting weight, I'll probably be right around my goal weight, funny that we're the same height. We just all carry weight differently.

Last time I was 190 I was only a little overweight. Right now I'm 5'8 and hovering around 250, and my size 18s are falling off. Some 16s fit, some are a bit too snug for public. I carry my weight very evenly distributed and I'm very strong and muscular. (Partly from picking up 50-75 lb hounds and carrying them around!)

I have a good friend who started WW a few months after I restarted Atkins. She's a couple inches taller than me, weighs 190, and we are the exact same size, we trade clothes all the time. Most of my friends who know about weight and dieting (i.e. not the skinny clueless ones ) think I weigh around 200 lbs.

Congratulation, that is some impressive progress and you are an inspiring presence on these boards
