    Well there you have it, well done even if I say so myself. Can I get a Woot Woot!!!

  • My Goals for this week

    1 Fruit and 1 Vegetable Minimum Daily-Yes!
    36 points (Will bank them, if I don't use them all.)- I can't believe it, I did it!
    Exercise 5 days - day 2
    32 ounces of water-24 so far, will get the other 8 in
    Journal-going there now
    Lose at Least 1 pound: Weigh In on Sundays

    The biggest thing is I kept it down to 36 points!!!!

    I almost forgot this challenge.

    I didn't do so well yesterday. The day started out alright, but then I stopped to get dd something to get at a gas station, and the lady gave us an extra chicken and biscuit because they were fixing to toss them.... and of course I ate it! Then I had cheese sticks, a hot dog, and 3 pizza rolls. For dinner I had
    1/2 of a ham sandwich with cheese and mayo, a handful of chips, 2 mini cheesecake bites, and a scoop of chocolate pudding.

    Today will be better!

    Goal:
    Drink 5 glasses of water.
    Have eggs for breakfast.
    Walk for 30 minutes

    Well everyone are we ready forDay3!I have been doing ok.But ,have been eating too many carbs at night. I think it is because I don't eat enough in the day.So even though I am in cal. range. It is all at night. I have to try to do better today.everyone!

    Today is Day 3...I'm really gonna have to try hard to get my seven hours. It has potential to be a late night and definitely an early morning.

    It was an ok day. Cravings are bad right now. But I did make it through the bakery (have to walk through there to the lettuce!) without too much trouble.

    4 serv of veggies -not so good today, only got in two
    4 serv of fruits
    Stayed well within my points
    Stayed positive
    Did not quit

  • I didn't get get to post today until now. I had a very sick doggy on my hands. He is on medication,so hopefully he will be getting better.
    I never thought I wold say this,but I really didn't think about eating today.I did have pretzles,and a couple hard boiled eggs. No exercise and not much water.Tomorrow should be better.

    I will have to do much better tomorrow. I am in the habit of logging into my challenges every night, at least I'm doing that. I need to make me a big sign and put it in front of my face everyday of my daily goals.

    Didn't do as well as I had planned. The cravings got the best of me. I will do better today. Same plan, different day.

    Don't yell at child (14 yo) about her mess of a room - even though she said she cleaned it. DONE
