  • I'm new to Calorie counting so my goal this week is very basic.

    Count all calories and write them down.
  • Goals for this week:
    1. Get back into my eating plan after being out last week due to oral surgery.
    2. Get my workout back to where it was a week ago (I sucked it up today and was wiped out).
    3. Begin incorporating abdominal work 2x per week.
