    I am off to a roaring start... 11 min of walking and 68 mins of biking on the trail... total 79 for me.

    335 + 79 = 414
  • I'll be aiming for another 2,000+ minute month!

    90 minutes today....training session + cardio.

    Personal: 90

    Group: 414 + 90 = 504
  • I'm aiming for 1800 min this month
    Personal: 60/1800
    Group : 504 + 60 = 564
  • Today: 60 Minutes HardBodies Class (Strength/Step/Cardio ) + 60 Minutes Aquafit Class + 5 Minutes Swimming Laps + 45 Minutes Zumba (Latin Dance Workout) = 170 Minutes

    Group: 564 + 170 = 734
  • 55 minute swim-fitness class

    Personal: 55/1500

    Group: 734 + 55 = 789

    I just had to share this news with everyone! We just set a new 300+ exercise record in May of 23,779 minutes!!! Our previous high was in July 2007 -- 23,253 min.

    Way to go EVERYONE!!!!!

    Monday - walking - 30 minutes
    Tuesday- walking - 20 minutes

    Group total - 789 + 50 = 839
  • 30 min walk this morning, 53 mins strength training in the afternoon

    Group total: 839 + 83 = 922
  • 90 minutes of walking

    90 + 922 = 1012
  • 20 min cardio, 30 min yoga

    personal 100/600

    Group 1012 + 50 = 1062
  • 60 min - cardio/abs/stretching

    Personal: 150/2000

    Group: 1062 + 60 = 1122
  • Spent an hour and a half outside prepping our yard for raised beds. We have some huge root systems... counting 30 min of it.

    Group total ~ 1122 + 30 = 1152 min

    It's the 2nd day and I'm behind already, but we are doing AWESOME as a group!
