Kier, ice cream cake is my favorite - I've had it for almost every one of my birthday cakes. Having a summer birthday helps, but I would eat it anytime of the year!
Lisa, hope the weigh-in went well (I've been avoiding weighing myself - although the doctor's scale yesterday said 154, and that was with clothes and in the middle of the afternoon, so there's hope). I'm glad about the boy! Not that he hasn't called you, but that you had a fun little night. Nights like that will boost up your confidence and then boys will be flocking towards you. I have a roommate (the one I don't like very much!) who is like 6 feet tall, has to be pushing 200lbs, eats whatever she wants, doesn't exercise, etc. She's not obese because of her height, but she definitely pushes the limit on stuffing herself into size 14 tube top dresses, etc. My other roommate and friends were flabbergasted at how many guys she would meet out at bars because we are so ingrained with the thought that guys like girls that are think and small - at least smaller than they are. The thing is, she is extremely self-confident and guys totally respond to that. She will just go up to people and start conversations, and if they don't bite, she'll move right along. Guys totally respond to the fact that she looks like she's having the best time all the time. Totally not the way I act at bars, but I have definitely loosened up and started to not care what guys think so much.
Ahh, this is a novel. I'm going to post this now and come right back - I would hate to have it lost out there in cyberspace

(whirrrrrrr - feel them coming?)
