  • Hi Everyone,
    I am down 1 pound for this week.
  • I weighed in 1 pound less on Friday....


    So another pound closer to goal for me (Chelley & I seem to be on the same path) Trying not to get too discouraged and looking at it as a step in the right direction. My back has been giving me a hard time as well as the nasty weather we've been having which has my arthritis flaring up. So not much in the way of exercise for me this week!!

  • Well mark me down as maintaining no loss this week but then again I was a bad bad girl lol
  • Mind if I join ya'll? I'm just starting back on the WW wagon today so I don't have any loss to report. I'm just so excited to feel motivated again!!! I'm hoping being on this site again will help me to keep that motivation this time.
  • I also would like to join if that is okay. Just let me know what day of the week to post loss.
  • Um... yeah. Crash and burn last week - I was UP 2 lbs. But my anniversary is over, and DH is GONE (to Washington D.C. - yay him!) for 4 days, so I can SO do this. I am going to get back with it. I must!
  • Well, down .2 to 186.6, is that paint dry yet?? I probably should be happy since that included 4 dinners out this week, which I tried to mitigate by exercising manically (or is that manaically?) I managed to rack up over 70 activity points so I'm guessing that saved my butt. Hopefully this week will produce better results!
  • Hi! I would like to join this post if that is okay with all of you. I haven't posted on this website for 2 months and during that time have not done well with dieting. I want to get back on track and get moving towards my goal.

    Please let me know when I need to post my weight.

  • Ok Chefs down 1 pound this week whoo hoo better than a gain!
  • I weighed in this morning at 233.2. Monday is usually my WI day, so I'm hoping I'm down.
  • Down 2.5 lbs this week (to 169.5) for a net loss of .5 for the month. Sheesh. Second half of the month is GOING to be better than the first!
  • Down 2.6 for the week!!! YAHOO!!
  • I was up 1.8lbs, but I knew I would be because I've been off track for awhile and just starting to get back into it. Hopefully next week I'll be done.
