I just answered a post like this in MRC - take 34 thread. I lost a lot of weight the first few days and then plateaued for 10. You will plateau but stick with it and you'll start losing again. Everyone is different on how much you lose and how quickly but everyone plateaus and then starts losing again. The most important thing is to stick with the diet.Originally Posted by shan2009

I know I just have to stick with it...and I have, I still haven't slacked off and I'm following everything to the letter....technically, I'm on day 10 of my meal plan and I've lost 11.5 lbs...so I'm just trying to focus on that.
