Didn't have a chance to post this morning,as we had to return a pc of luggage that we bought yesterday. The combination lock would work for us so we exchanged it for a lock & key instead.
RHONDA-We're go to have a windy rain storm this afternoon. I was suppose to go to my choir rehearsal but now I don't think so. I surprised the choir director doesn't call and find out why I gave up going to practice being sick, having doctors appointment on Wed along with the weather kept us apart.
COCO-Thanks,I hope we both get the scale moving downward. I decided to buy one Healthy Choice entree just for the tray that came with it. The tray has 3 sections and now I'm going to eat out of that tray until I get used to portion control. Each section holds 4 fish sticks,1/2 c brown rice and 1 c veggies. So now I know the what to expect the size of the meals it holds. WISH ME LUCK WITH PORTION CONTROL METHOD.

Put in your information than select a back ground image hit the next button and get the slider image and than hit the next button use the code for the 3 chicks forum copy & paste than go back to the siggy edit page and put the code in the post box hit preview if you want to see the tracker if not hit submit and they next time you post the siggy should be in your post. Hope that makes sense.
TRACIE-So WW Momentum plan is almost like the old flex & core but its leaning thought the core way of eating.Is that correct?????Having 22pts is not bad as thats = to 1100 cals. + 35 extra points that's 5 extra a day and a total of 1350 cal per day and it is doable.I think that my biggest problem with weight loss is portion control.
I still eat core food also,but I use the point system to count my calories.
