    I am averaging 3 or 4 fruits/veggies a day so I need to up the intake on those and lower my carb intake. But I have to say compared to menus before WW this is a vast improvement!!!!

  • Just wanted to say The pumpkin spice cake muffins are wonderfull! My son even loves them and he is 11.
    What is an angel cake?
    Might be something to try.
    I do meetings, but love to lurk here and get ideas of point friendly things to try. I know you are doing it for you, but really it helps to give me ideas.
  • angel food cake is a cake you can buy in pretty much any bakery..its very light and fluffy and low in points... great with ff whipped cream and strawberries

  • I would love to join this thread ladies, but my WW program is a little different than in the US and on top of that I'm sort of winging it at the moment. I do go to meetings as well but I need people to share this with. I live in the Netherlands but am from the states originally so I don't really relate to the food culture here- even after 15 years!

    Can I join or should I wait until a new april thread when I can also post points values?
