Thin- I echo JCats sentiments. Dont let a couple bad days turn into anything else. My few days off plan due to injury turned into 4 weeks of excuse-ville and 10 lbs. Stop it now. This minute, and deal with the future one meal at a time. Food is Fuel. Thats all.

Seems like all of us are doing well (even though for some the scale isn't moving-- hang in there!) I have been drinking a lot more water, so we'll see if it helps the scale. It seems like it's helping my skin, and I don't feel like I'm retaining as much water.
