OK, so the last week or so has been so hectic! Graduation's over, and I moved out of the dorm and into a co-habitation situation with my boyfriend. Even though things are great, it's pretty stressful to live with a sig. other for the first time! The good part about all of this is that I don't have to eat that awful dorm food anymore... I've started cooking for myself, and I dropped another pound. Unfortunately, during the time between graduation and now, I fell off the wagon a little. I didn't have internet access, so I even let fitday.com go

awww. But I'm back on track now.
See? Everyone falls off the wagon. But we get right back up and try again. I just keep thinking about the way I used to binge and it comforts me to see I'm doing something about it. Even if I'm not having a "good body day."
I also haven't opened my breathesize tape. It appeared to be low (no-?) impact, and I need more than that to get my heart rate up. In fact, I started this "Power 90" exercise tape set today. It claims you'll be in the best shape of your life in 90 days. Well, regardless of the truth in that, it's a workout. And parts of it are pretty tough! I no longer have the school gym equipment to use, so it's running and aerobic tapes for me.
